Kitchen, dining and laundry
Oven/ hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and all usual utensils, crockery, glasses, cutlery; Fridge; Dishwasher
Kitchen table with 4 chairs (will squeeze 6 - pinch chairs from summer house). High chair.
Washing machine, ironing board + iron, clothes horse.
Night storage heater.
Sitting room
Two medium sofas, coffee table, iPhone dock with Aux in for iPods etc, LCD TV with satellite box (Freesat channels) and NetFlix subscription, DVD player.
Night storage heater.
Master bedroom
Double bed. Large wardrobe, chest of drawers. Electric panel heater. Travel cot (stored away).
Second bedroom
Twin beds, large wardrobe, small chest of drawers. Electric panel heater.
Bathroom
Bath with electric shower over, heated tower radiator, underfloor heating
All towels and linen are provided (but please bring beach towels)
Other facilities
Broadband - fast internet connection with WiFi router
Telephone line - for incoming calls. (Mobile phone reception is patchy in Marazion).
Heating. A mix of night storage heaters, electric panels heaters and underfloor heating keep Jowders cosy.
You are welcome to use anything you find in Jowders Cottage, from games to gadgets. Small breakages are a fact of life but if you break a glass or two, please let us know asap and we’ll get them replaced at changeover.
Outside
Small courtyard with hardwood table and four chairs. Washing line.
Summerhouse stone-built with table and wicker chairs, power, light.
Storage stone outhouse containing bins, recycling, tumble dryer, small freezer. Will accommodate bicycles and surf boards with some shuffling.
Parking
There is one off-road parking space that belongs to Jowders Cottage. It will accommodate the longest family car or potentially two Minis. Access is via a very narrow lane and tricky for inexperienced drivers, and not suitable for large 4x4s or vans.
